If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

The 14-day period begins on the day after the order has been delivered.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Original packaging intact

• Suitable for resale from a hygiene perspectiv

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For exchanges, both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the replacement item are borne by the customer, except in the case of faulty or incorrect products.
