How much does shipping cost?

How do I return or exchange a product?
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us by email if you would like to arrange a return or exchange.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale from a hygiene perspective.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. In the case of an exchange, the cost of reshipping the replacement item is also borne by the customer.

Which swim cap is right for me?
All Color Sport swim caps are made from premium-quality, soft silicone, providing a comfortable fit without pulling on your hair.
For long hair, we recommend our swim caps specifically designed for long hair, which offer extra space for a more comfortable fit. However, our standard silicone swim caps are also suitable for most head shapes and can comfortably accommodate a surprising amount of hair.
Our Light swim caps are thinner, softer, and more flexible, making them especially easy to put on and comfortable to wear.
Children's swim caps are recommended for preschool-aged children, while older children often prefer adult-sized caps for a more comfortable fit.
Our Wellness swim caps are designed for relaxed swimming, spa visits, and leisure use, combining comfort with cheerful designs.

Are swim caps waterproof?
Yes. Our swim caps are made from 100% silicone and are waterproof.
However, no swim cap can guarantee that your hair will remain completely dry. The effectiveness of the seal depends on the fit of the cap and how well the hair is tucked underneath it.
For the best fit, we recommend tying up longer hair and placing it fully inside the cap. This helps the silicone make better contact with the skin and reduces movement during swimming.
During diving, jumping, or intensive swimming, a small amount of water may occasionally enter under the cap. This is completely normal.
Our Wellness swim caps are designed differently. Their softer construction provides a more relaxed and comfortable fit, but they do not seal as tightly as sporty silicone swim caps.
The main purpose of a swim cap is to help protect the hair from chlorinated water while providing a comfortable and secure fit during swimming.
Where can I view and purchase the products in person?
Our products are also available in selected Hervis stores across Hungary, where you can view them in person and purchase them directly.
Product availability may vary by store, so we recommend contacting your nearest Hervis store for current stock information.
How can I keep my swim cap in good condition for longer?
To help extend the life of your swim cap, we recommend rinsing it with clean water after each use, especially after swimming in chlorinated water.
Thermal water with a high mineral, iron, sulphur, or iodine content may cause staining or discolouration over time, particularly on lighter-coloured caps. Extra care is recommended for latex swim caps.
Avoid exposing your swim cap to prolonged direct sunlight, high temperatures, saunas, or steam rooms, as heat and humidity may damage the material.
For decorated or latex models, glued elements may naturally loosen over time with regular use.
With proper care, your swim cap will remain comfortable, attractive, and ready for many swims to come.
How do I put on a swim cap without damaging it?
Always hold the swim cap by its reinforced inner edge when putting it on, preferably around the ear area where the material is strongest.
Pull the cap onto your head lengthwise and avoid using sharp objects such as rings, hair clips, bobby pins, or long fingernails, as these may damage the material.
For decorated swim caps, such as floral designs, avoid pulling on or adjusting the decorative elements, as they may become damaged or detached over time.
Always handle and adjust the cap using the inner edge rather than the decorations themselves.
What should you know about the anti-fog coating on swimming goggles?
The inner surface of swimming goggles is coated with a special anti-fog layer that helps reduce fogging during use. Over time, this coating will gradually wear off, which is a natural process.
To help preserve the coating, avoid touching, rubbing, or wiping the inside of the lenses, as this can damage the surface.
After use, we recommend rinsing the goggles with clean water and allowing them to air dry naturally.
Pool chemicals and minerals may sometimes leave deposits on the inner surface of the lenses, which can increase fogging. In such cases, rinsing with clean water or a mild, neutral detergent may help remove the deposits without damaging the coating.
